Terms of use

Align Cloud is a personal agent and AI coaches: you chat with bots you make or add from Apps, and with people you add, in chats of two and in groups. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

Who may use it

You must be 13 or older. Your account is yours alone: keep your sign-in to yourself, and you're responsible for what's sent from it.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

Don't post or send anything that harasses, bullies, threatens or demeans anyone; that's hateful, sexually explicit or violent; that involves a minor in any sexual way; that promotes self-harm or illegal acts; that's spam or a scam; or that shares someone's private details without their consent. Don't impersonate anyone. There is no tolerance for any of it. Messages you send to other people are checked before they're delivered, and one that may break these terms isn't sent. Content that breaks them is removed, and an account that breaks them is suspended or closed, without notice.

Reporting and blocking

Press and hold a person's message, or open their profile, to report it or them. Every report reaches us at once and is reviewed within 24 hours, and we act on it: removing the content and suspending the account that posted it. You can also block anyone from their profile or your friends list, and they can't reach you again.

What the AI says

Bots' answers are made by AI models and can be wrong. Check what matters, and don't rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people and bots you share it with, so the service works. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, which deletes what the Privacy policy lists.

Inviting friends

"$10 added to your plan" is usage worth $10 at your plan's price. When a friend who signed up through your link pays for Align, $10 is added to your plan for each month they pay for, and your friend gets $10 on their first month too. A credit is for the month it is added and expires 30 days after it is granted if it has not been used; it is spent only after your plan's own allowance is used up. Up to 20 referrals earn a credit in a calendar month, and a credit past that is held for review. A refund of your friend's payment takes back what of that month's credit is still unused. One account per person.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above says when they last changed, and using Align Cloud after a change means you accept it.
